Get paid
Payouts arrive 14 business days after a completed booking, minus a 4% fee.

Your listing shows the full address, so an educator can tell at a glance whether the space works for their students. Being findable is what gets a space booked — and it appears on public pages and in search results.

Listing a space is not the same as agreeing to a booking. You review and approve or decline every request yourself, so no one books your space without your say-so.
